ShareSoc is run by an elected board of unpaid, mainly non-executive directors, drawn from our own membership of experienced individual investors.
Elected by members, accountable to members
ShareSoc is incorporated as a company limited by guarantee and is managed by a board of directors who are mainly non-executive, elected or appointed in the same way as the directors of any other company.
Our directors receive no payment for their work as directors. They give their time freely because they believe in giving individual investors a fair deal.
