AGM Reports

First-hand reports from company Annual General Meetings, written by the investors who attend them.

What it is

What really happened in the room

ShareSoc publishes many reports on AGM proceedings on its Members Network, and encourages members to write and submit their own. These first-hand accounts capture what was said, asked and answered, the kind of detail that rarely reaches the financial press.

Members can build a picture of how a company’s board engages with its shareholders, and use it to inform how they invest and how they vote.
