Email signatures
Fill in your details, preview, then copy the signature into your email client. Your details are saved in this browser, so they’ll still be here next time. The full style carries the official logo as a hosted image; everything else is plain HTML, and the brand fonts fall back gracefully where Montserrat and Manrope aren’t installed.
Copy signature puts the rendered signature on the clipboard — paste it straight into your client’s signature box. Copy HTML copies the source for clients that take raw HTML.
…looking forward to it.
Kind regards,
Signatures are designed for the light compose window every major client uses; dark-mode clients adjust the colours themselves. All text sits on white at WCAG AA contrast. Montserrat and Manrope render only where they’re installed — elsewhere the signature falls back to Segoe UI / Helvetica by design.
The logo travels inside the copied signature as an embedded image — fine for Apple Mail and Outlook, but Gmail’s signature box can drop embedded images. For Gmail, upload email/img/*.png to the CDN, set SIG_LOGO_BASE in email/build_emails.py and rebuild.
